The ICU Data Science Lab

The ICU Data Science Lab is a multidisciplinary laboratory, with a research focus on using clinical data combined with machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, biostatistics, epidemiology, and informatics to improve patient care.

The long-term goal of each of our initiatives is to develop and implement clinically useful artificial intelligence-empowered algorithms and decision support tools to assist in the delivery of early, personalized care to decrease preventable death.
